Emotional Styles Questionnaire - Guided by several decades of research on emotion and the brain, this relatively short questionnaire can point you to one or more of Davidson's 6 Dimensions of Emotional Style (Attention, Resilience, Self-Awareness, Social Intuition, Outlook, Sensitivity to Context) that you may want to modify within yourself. The score for each dimension can be plotted on a spectrum to give you an idea of normative (well-adapted) ranges. He also isolates the general brain areas that are activated with each style and suggests easy mental exercises that can be utilized to strengthen (or weaken) neural connections and help you shift on any given dimension spectrum.
